And you who have bno
Lit silver

eWithout money and without cost.
2Why do you
Lit weigh out silver

And your wages for what does not satisfy?
Listen carefully to Me, and heat what is good,
And idelight yourself in abundance.
3 jIncline your ear and come to Me.

4Behold, I have made phim a witness to the peoples,
A qleader and commander for the peoples.
5Behold, you will call a rnation you do not know,
And a nation which knows you not will srun to you,
Because of the Lord your God, even the Holy One of Israel;
For He has tglorified you.”

6 uSeek the Lord while He may be found;
vCall upon Him while He is near.
7 wLet the wicked forsake his way
And the unrighteous man his xthoughts;
And let him yreturn to the Lord,
And He will have zcompassion on him,
And to our God,
For He will aaabundantly pardon.
8For My thoughts are not abyour thoughts,
Nor are acyour ways My ways,” declares the Lord.
9“For ad as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are My ways higher than your ways
And My thoughts than your thoughts.
10“For as the aerain and the snow come down from heaven,
And do not return there without watering the earth
And making it bear and sprout,
And furnishing afseed to the sower and bread to the eater;
11So will My agword be which goes forth from My mouth;
It will ahnot return to Me empty,
Without aiaccomplishing what I desire,
And without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it.
12For you will go out with ajjoy
And be led forth with akpeace;
The almountains and the hills will break forth into shouts of joy before you,
And all the amtrees of the field will clap their hands.
13Instead of the anthorn bush the aocypress will come up,
And instead of the apnettle the myrtle will come up,
And
I.e. the transformation of the desert
it will be a

,
asmemorial to the Lord,
For an everlasting atsign which auwill not be cut off.”
